ASB Visitors

After readying, Out of Darkness: The Story of Louis Braille, by Russell Freedman, Mrs. Johnson’s 7^th grade English class had the privilege of meeting Mr. Jones and Ms. Dunaway from ASB. Students were able to emboss words and pictures. After reading about the tools used for braille, excitement grew once they were able to hold and use the slate and stylus for themselves. Thank you Mr. Jones, Ms. Dunaway, and Mrs. Johnson for making this a memorable learning experience!
