You may still access a packet online at www.degaband.com and turn it in at the ZEJH bandroom or THS bandroom.

Mrs. Armstrong's Class Prepares for JUNA trip

Mrs. Armstrong's gifted program has been working all year learning about the United Nations. They have studied current issues and decided on various resolutions for the chosen countries. They plan to attend the JUNA conference January 27th and 28th in Birmingham, Alabama. We wish them the best. We are proud of you!

2011 Queen of Hearts Pageant

The annual Queen of Hearts Pageant will be held at Harwell Auditorium on the campus of Zora Ellis Jr. High on Saturday, February 12, 2011.  Entry forms and fees are due by Friday, January 28, 2011.  You may visit http://www.degaband.com/ to download a packet for the event or you may stop by the ZEJH or THS bandroom. 

The pageant is open to anyone in Talladega County from 3 years of age through the 12th grade. 

Please review official packet for all rules and details. 

We look forward to a great event and hope to see everyone present,

whether participating or as an observer.

For Sale!

Delicious pecan halves, pieces, walnuts, and chocolate covered pecans are for sale in the front office for $9.00 per bag. Please check with Mrs. Armstrong, Mr. Bailey or Miss Hare if you are interested in helping with this fundraiser by purchasing a bag.
