Ellis Welcomes Mrs. Johnson
Mrs. Paula Johnson recently joined our great faculty at Ellis. Mrs. Johnson is a 2011 graduate of JSU with an impressive GPA of 3.4. She is highly qualified in secondary English/Language Arts. Originally from Albertville, she currently resides in Talladega. All four of her children (Alex, Alivia, Caleb, and Timothy) are graduates of or either currently enrolled in the Talladega City Schools System. She and husband, Wes, have been married for 22 years. When asked her teaching philosophy, she said, "Make me teachable until my last breath." It is encouraging that a teacher desires to be teachable with hopes of learning something new and striving to become better every day. The administration is looking forward to working with Mrs. Johnson and is confident she will be a great asset to our school.
