J.P. Dice from Fox6

J.P. Dice from Birmingham's Fox6 weather department spoke to all 7th graders in Harwell Auditorium  Wednesday morning. Arrangements were made by Mr. Ward for Mr. Dice to speak with our students concerning weather safety and to share weather facts. Mr. Dice mentioned "our great school" on the 10:00 news and thanked us for the "weather" cake that we presented to him. Thank you, Mr. Ward for providing this opportunity for our students to learn from this special guest speaker!

January Student of the Month

January--Ben T.
My favorite food is spaghetti with meatballs. My family and friends make me happy. I have two dogs and one cat. I live with my mom, dad, and sister. I like to play the Playstation and X-Box Kinect. I like math and all my teachers at Zora Ellis. I think I was chosen "Student of the Month" because I love school, and I am a good student.
