Terrific Tuesday

"The Trouble with Boys," will be the topic of Ms. Smith's Terrific Tuesday session, December 11th at 11:00. Parents are invited to attend and then stay to eat lunch with their child.

Students' Mural

The students in Mrs. Barnes' and Mrs. Truss' class have created a beautiful mural in their building. Beginning this past September, the colored pictures (some illustrated by Mrs. Truss) have been added with the goal of extending the mural to the back wall of the classroom, as well. Please enjoy their art exhibit below!

Pancake Breakfast

A pancake breakfast sponsored by the Ellis Drama Club will be enjoyed at Talladega Creek Baptist Church, Saturday, November 17th from 8:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. Tickets are on sale for $5.00, and may be purchased from a Drama Club member, Mrs. Carroll, or Mrs. Johnson.  All proceeds will  benefit Ellis' Drama Club's production, "The Gift of the Magi."

October Student of the Month

My name is Nicole C. I'm in the 8th grade and a cheerleader at Zora Ellis. I'm a member of the Student Council, and I'm in the BETA club. My favorite food is tacos, and I love cheese! I live with my dad, mother, brother, and dog. When I get older, I want to go to Auburn University and become a forensic scientist.
